Custom rubber bar mats are the spill runner that sits behind or along the bar: a heavier rubber base topped with a sublimated fabric layer that carries a full-bleed print, with PVC 3D relief or neoprene as alternative builds. Custom coasters are the per-glass version, a drink coaster or beer mat cut square, round or to a custom die-cut shape, built on absorbent pulp board, cork-backed board, a rubber-and-fabric top or neoprene. Both are produced to your artwork.
Printing is your choice of full-colour sublimation, which reproduces photographic artwork and gradients edge to edge, a clean 1-colour print, or a blank finish. Two optional add-ons finish the piece: an anti-slip rubber backing and individual poly-bagging for retail. Standard bar-mat and coaster formats are listed in the size guide, and bespoke sizes, shapes or thicknesses, such as a die-cut logo coaster or a full-length back-bar runner, are quoted from your brief. The minimum order and the production lead time are confirmed on your quote. Everything is made to order in Bandung, Indonesia; small orders ship by DHL, mid-size runs by EMS, and bulk orders of 100 kg or more by air freight.
