Custom tatami patches with a woven textile look

Custom tatami patches are the textile-look line of our patch range: a woven tatami-texture ground carrying an embossed 3D motif. These textile-look 3D emblems give the fabric hand of a woven emblem with the clean detail of an embossed mould, so the textile look sits naturally on jerseys, uniforms and caps while the 3D emboss keeps the branding sharp. Each piece is pressed into real relief and finished by hand in our Bandung atelier.

The tatami patch comes in every whole centimetre from 3 to 17 cm; sizes above 17 cm are quoted per order. Choose the mounting: jersey heat-bond with the adhesive integrated in the patch fabric, activated under the heat press; sewn velcro with the hook velcro sewn on over a glue backing, a double fixation; or emboss sticker on a permanent adhesive. Minimum order is 30 pieces for heat-bond and velcro, 50 for the emboss sticker (30 from 12 cm). A dedicated emboss mould is made once per design and kept for reorders, and lead times are confirmed per run. Made to order in Bandung, shipped worldwide.

Tatami is the natural pick where the patch should read as part of the fabric: jerseys and team kits in club colours, uniforms, sportswear and caps, with the velcro mounting for uniform programmes where patches move between garments. Pick mounting, size and quantity in the configurator, attach your artwork (vector AI, PDF or SVG preferred, 300 DPI raster accepted) and add it to the basket; every file is checked before production and the first pieces of a run are documented for approval. ● The story

One design, three mountings, one ladder

Every patch in the range is embossed in true 3D relief and runs in all three mountings: a jersey heat-bond whose adhesive is integrated in the patch fabric and activates under the heat press, a sewn velcro — hook velcro sewn on plus a glue backing, double fixation — and a permanent-adhesive emboss sticker.

Pricing follows the size, never the design: every whole centimetre from 3 to 17 cm has its own locked price, identical for any artwork. Your design is embossed from a dedicated mould (one-time matres fee), then produced in the mounting you pick — patches apply to any garment: hem labels, brand labels, hats, hoodies, workwear, bags.
