IcedPacks is a custom apparel manufacturer Indonesia's own labels and overseas brands order from directly, with every garment made to order in Bandung. The range covers seven sub-ranges: shirts and jerseys, hoodies, caps, towels, underwear, working gears and any custom apparel on demand. Each piece is built to specification — your cut, your fabric, your colours — on streetwear-grade blanks with hand-finished decoration, from a library of 15 fabric families and 212 colourways, every family listed with its grammage and fibre composition, from a ±110 g/m² summer jersey to a 375 g/m² heavyweight fleece.
Fabric is chosen by weight and feel: basic and combed cotton, Australian cotton, bamboo cotton, cotton stretch, TENCEL modal blends, piqué for polos, performance polyester for jerseys, loopback terry and brushed fleece for hoodies, heavy-duty canvas for workwear, and custom blends on request. Decoration covers sablon screen printing in nine ink types, puff print, DTF Premium and DTF Super Premium transfers, Polyflex cut vinyl in hologram, rainbow, glow-in-the-dark and reflective finishes, sublimation for synthetics, DTG, foil printing and embroidery including heavy 3D embroidery, plus custom patches with velcro, sew-on or iron-on backing. Custom shirts, jerseys included, start at a minimum order of 25 pieces; shirts take 5 days at any quantity, hoodies 7–10 days.
Custom merch apparel is ordered here by streetwear labels running merch drops, sports teams ordering sublimated jerseys with embossed 3D patches, companies dressing a crew in branded workwear, and spas and hotels specifying embroidered towels. Shirts, jerseys, hoodies and caps are configured online — garment, fabric with its GSM, sizes, quantity, print layers, add-ons — then added to basket or sent with artwork for a digital proof.
