Custom master cartons and product boxes from IcedPacks form a two-tier packaging system: a sturdy master carton that ships and stores your product in bulk, plus the individual retail boxes nested inside it, each holding a single unit and finished to your brand. Every set includes a foam insert so each unit sits snug and protected in transit, and the system is built to order in Bandung, Indonesia.
Start from a proven format or your own dimensions. Packwood holds 50 vapes in a 28×22×9 cm master box; Packman holds 100 vapes in a 45×17×12 cm master box with 11×4×1.4 cm individual packs; or choose Custom dimensions and enter the master carton and the individual box in millimetres, both travel with your quote as entered. Three constructions are offered: Classic, a hard master box with soft individual boxes; Full hard, with rigid individual boxes; and Full soft, a folding master with folding individual boxes, all with the foam insert. Full-colour print, lamination, foil and emboss are available on request. Minimum order and lead time are confirmed with your quote, set by format and run size, typically 2 to 3 weeks after proof approval.
Brands use a shipping carton with retail box inside when a product launches in volume: the master carton moves the run, the individual box goes home with the customer, and the foam insert keeps every unit snug.
