Custom enamel pins from IcedPacks are small die-struck metal badges, zinc alloy or iron, with a backing clasp that pins to caps, jackets, denim, bags, lanyards, uniforms and merch. The enamel fill sets the look: soft enamel keeps the colour recessed between raised metal lines for the classic textured lapel-pin finish, while hard enamel is polished flush with the metal for a smooth, jewellery-grade surface. Choose the plating, polished gold, polished silver, black nickel, antique brass or antique copper, then the size: 25, 32 or 38 mm measured on the longest edge, 32 mm being the most popular, 38 mm for fine detail and multi-colour art. The backing is a butterfly clutch or a rubber (PVC) clutch as standard; optional add-ons are a magnetic backing for damage-free wear on tailored garments, an epoxy dome coating for a glossy protective shell, and individual poly-bagging. The minimum order is 500 pins; the production lead time is confirmed on your quote. Pins are made to order and ship worldwide from Bandung, Indonesia, by DHL, EMS or air freight.
