Shipping & Delivery
1. Where We Ship From
All orders are produced and dispatched by PT ICED PACKS PACKAGING from our production facility in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. We ship throughout Indonesia and worldwide.
2. Production Time
Every product is made to order. Each product page states its production time, counted in working days from artwork approval and receipt of payment; for most products between 2 working days and 2 weeks. Production time is separate from and additional to transit time.
3. Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
For deliveries within Indonesia we use Pos Indonesia or another domestic courier depending on weight and destination; pickup in Bandung can be arranged. Transit estimates depend on the courier service and the destination and are given with the shipping quote. The shipping cost is confirmed to you before payment.
4. International Shipping
For shipments abroad we use the following carriers, selected by weight and destination:
- DHL Express — small orders, typically 3–5 working days in transit.
- EMS (Pos Indonesia) — parcels up to 30 kg, typically around 7 working days in transit.
- EMS Export — bulk shipments of 30–150 kg, typically 7–10 working days in transit.
- Air freight — bulk orders from 100 kg (stickers, mylar, apparel); typically 7–10 working days in transit, schedule confirmed at booking.
Transit times are carrier estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs processing in the destination country.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping is charged by chargeable weight and destination, at the carrier's cost with no added margin, and is shown before you pay. Boxes and cartons, and any destination or format our calculator does not cover, are quoted individually — we confirm the exact shipping cost before any payment is requested. If you decline the shipping quote, the order is cancelled at no cost.
6. Tracking
Every shipment is tracked; we send you the tracking number by email or WhatsApp as soon as the order is dispatched.
7. Import Duties, Taxes and the DDP Option
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. By default (DAP/EXW shipments) these charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. On request, for certain destinations, we can offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, where import duties and taxes are estimated and paid upfront as part of the invoice; this applies only where the quotation expressly says so. We include accurate customs documents with every international shipment.
8. Delivery Problems
If a shipment arrives damaged, is significantly delayed or goes missing, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We file a claim with the carrier and keep you informed until it is resolved. Remedies are set out in the Refund & Return Policy.
