Custom embroidered caps from IcedPacks are produced to your brand in Bandung, Indonesia: you pick material, decoration and finishing. Three closures are offered — snapback with a segmented plastic clip, strapback with a fabric strap through a low-profile metal buckle, and a toggle closure with twin elastic cords — and seven materials: cotton twill, Rafel and Rafel 7S (thick woven poly-cotton), corduroy, taslan (a water-repellent coated nylon weave), woven nylon and Lotto polyester knit. Every cap ships one-size with an adjustable closure, head circumference 54–60 cm, so a single run fits the whole team; a fitted size run can be quoted on request.
Embroidery comes in three depths — thin flat embroidery, medium with a slight emboss, and heavy real embossing — and runs independently of print: combine it with DTG, puff print or sublimation, or leave the cap bare. On caps, puff designs should stay bold and compact, the structured front panel suiting a print area of roughly 5 × 10 cm. Finish with a custom inner label and your own cap stickers, free from 50 pieces. The minimum order is 24 caps, with tiers at 24, 50, 100 and 150 and larger runs quoted individually; production takes 10–14 days after artwork approval, shipped by DHL, EMS or air freight.
