Custom mugs from IcedPacks are a standard ceramic mug, single size, printed with your full-colour design: a round logo, a text mark or any artwork you supply, reproduced on the body of the mug. Because the mug itself is one standard item, it carries no minimum order and a 48-hour lead time, the shortest in the accessories range. Branded ceramic mugs are the quickest way to put a mark on a desk or a counter.
Order by quantity straight from the configurator, from a single piece up to a thousand. From 50 mugs you can add a box: a standard printed box made for our 11 oz mug, or a box with a foam insert made to your own size, whose cutting tools we keep for your reorders. Either box can carry hot foil stamping in gold, hologram or a metallic colour. Need a different mug type or finish, for example a travel mug or a matte black body? Choose Other in the configurator and request a quote with your brief. Artwork is vector preferred (AI, PDF or SVG), with 300 DPI raster accepted, and our designers can adjust it. Mugs are made to order in Bandung, Indonesia and shipped to your address.
Who orders them: brands that want a branded mug in the unboxing or on the shop counter, offices and teams buying a desk-ready giveaway, cafés and events that want their mark on every cup. To order, pick the quantity, choose a box and hot foil if you want retail-ready packaging, upload your artwork and add to basket; you receive a digital proof and production starts on approval. Shipping is quoted at cost after the order and you pay only once you approve it. Pair mugs with our custom bar mats and coasters for a full counter kit, or with custom enamel pins for a merch drop.

Standard printing is full-colour sublimation, bright and dishwasher-durable. Need a different finish? Tell us the method you have in mind, and if it's technically doable, we'll print it for you.

Unit prices ex-shipping. Boxes and hot foil are priced per box and start at 50 mugs. One-time fees are charged once per order and the tools are kept for your reorders. Need a different mug type or a large trade volume? Talk to our team.
By full-colour sublimation: the ink goes into the mug's coating, so the print stays bright and survives the dishwasher. Want another method? Tell us which one; if it is technically doable, we print it for you.
Not for the mug: you can order a single one. Boxes (standard or custom size) and hot foil on the box start at 50 mugs.
A custom box size needs a box cutting die and a foam cutting die; hot foil needs a foil die. You pay each tool once, on your first order. We keep the tools, so your reorders carry no tooling fee.
Gold, hologram or a metallic colour (silver or another shade: tell us which). The foil is stamped on the box, priced per box.
Mugs take 48 hours after you approve the proof; with a box or hot foil, allow 7 days.
Shipping is charged at cost. After your order we send you the shipping price for your address; you pay only once you approve it.
By bank transfer or QRIS, once you have approved the shipping quote. Nothing is charged before that.
Upload it with your order. Our designers can adjust it to fit the mug and the box, and you receive a digital proof before we print.
