STICKER FABRICATION PROCESS: CUSTOM GLUE FOR EVERY SURFACE

Unlike standard sticker producers — who buy pre-made sheets from third-party factories and have no control over the adhesive — IcedPacks formulates its own glue blends and lays its own sheets in-house. Every sheet is tailored to the surface, the embossing depth, and the storage conditions the sticker will face.

For Miron 5ml jars — small format, heavy embossing, refrigerated handling — we use a high-tack M3-based blend engineered to hold on tight curvature and survive cold cycling. For larger glass jars with flatter surfaces, we switch to a lower-tack, smoother-flow adhesive that bonds cleanly without bubble lift. For mylar, rigid boxes, polypropylene, and PET, each substrate gets its own glue profile blended from our stock.

This level of substrate-specific control is rare in the industry. Most factories print on whatever sheet their supplier hands them and accept the failure rate. We engineer the sticker around the surface it's destined for — which is why our stickers don't peel, lift, or migrate.

For clients with specialty substrates or unusual deployment conditions — extreme temperatures, abrasive packaging, hard-to-bond plastics, or applications no off-the-shelf adhesive handles cleanly — we develop bespoke glue blends on request and lay them onto sheets purpose-built for the job. Reach out via the contact form and we'll discuss the substrate, the environment, and what the sticker needs to survive.

HEAVY EMBOSSING — CNC METAL MATTRESS

Metal CNC embossing mattress and the printed sticker result

For our heavy-embossing stickers, every piece is pressed individually against a CNC-cut metal mattress, machined in-house to a tolerance of 0.01 mm. That single pass creates a permanent, three-dimensional relief in the printed surface — the foundation of every embossed sticker we produce. From there we can build additional depth with layered resin or acrylic finishes, enabling multi-level embossing on a single design.

Every sticker is pressed by hand and finished individually to guarantee the visual result. Our design team prepares each CNC file to extract the most relief from the print — even on small formats like 5 ml concentrate jars — so the embossing reads cleanly at any scale.
