Custom folding carton boxes, called soft boxes in the IcedPacks range, are printed boxes produced to your exact specification in Bandung, Indonesia. Where the hard box is a rigid presentation piece, the soft box folds from board and takes the same decoration: size, material thickness, lamination, embossing and finishing are all configurable, and every box is printed to your artwork.
Six standard sizes run from 7×7×3 cm to 25×20×8 cm, or enter your own height, width and length in millimetres. Material thickness is Thin, Medium or Thick; lamination is matte, glossy, textured, matte textured or glossy textured, with bespoke laminations quoted on request. Embossing options are CNC press, UV, or a lamination foil emboss in gold, silver, hologram plain or hologram transparent, and the CNC press die is yours for life, reused on every reorder at no extra cost. A foam insert, a tamper-evident security seal and a Certificate of Authenticity are per-box add-ons. The minimum order is 24 boxes, with quantity tiers up to 5,000 and larger volumes quoted; the standard lead time is 3 days, and finished boxes ship by air. For food service, the line is also made with an anti-oil inner lamination and a food-safe lining for burgers, fried items and saucy mains.
Printed soft boxes are the everyday packaging for product lines and retail shelves where a rigid box is more than needed; the individual boxes inside a master carton can be built this way too. Embossing: CNC press emboss carries a one-off setup charge plus a per-box rate; UV and foil emboss are charged per box. Tamper-evident security seals and Certificates of Authenticity are charged per box.
