A custom hard box with foam insert is the presentation box of the IcedPacks range: a rigid box finished with laminated premium 150 gsm art paper, produced to your specification in Bandung, Indonesia. Size, material thickness, lamination, embossing and finishing are configurable, and three options turn it into a rigid magnetic gift box: a magnetic closure, a foam insert set cut to your product, and a foil marking in hologram foil or lamination foil.
Choose one of seven standard sizes, from 7×7×3 cm up to the 28×28×11 cm presentation box in the gallery, or enter your own height, width and length in millimetres. Material thickness comes in Thin, Medium 30A or Thick; lamination in matte, glossy, textured, matte textured or glossy textured, with bespoke finishes quoted on request. Embossing is optional: CNC press, UV, or both with UV print, and your CNC press die stays yours for life, reused on every reorder at no extra cost. Foil finishes are gold, silver, hologram plain or hologram transparent. The minimum order is 24 boxes, with quantity tiers up to 5,000 and larger volumes quoted; the standard lead time is 8 days, longer with CNC embossing, and finished boxes ship by air.

The foil is your choice of hologram foil or lamination foil (gold, silver, hologram plain or transparent) — every finish is the same price. Embossing: CNC press emboss carries a one-off setup charge plus a per-box rate; UV emboss is charged per box. Tamper-evident security seals and Certificates of Authenticity are charged per box.
