Custom embossed 3D patches are one product family, pressed into real relief and finished by hand in our Bandung atelier, built in three constructions. Mika sets a transparent laser-hologram face over a deep embossed relief, so the hologram shifts with the light while the emboss carries the shape. Rubber is a soft-touch body moulded into full 3D relief, flexible and washable. Tatami sets the embossed motif on a woven tatami-texture ground for the look of a textile emblem. Every design in the range runs in all three.
Each construction comes in every whole centimetre from 3 to 17 cm; above 17 cm is quoted per order. Mountings: a jersey heat-bond whose adhesive is integrated in the patch fabric and activates under the heat press, a sewn velcro with the hook velcro sewn on over a glue backing (double fixation), or an emboss sticker on a permanent adhesive, 3M 468MP acrylic available. Minimum order is 30 pieces for heat-bond and velcro, 50 for the emboss sticker (30 from 12 cm). A dedicated emboss mould is made once per design and kept for reorders; lead times are confirmed per run.
Custom jersey patches for team kits and club colours are the classic order; the same pieces serve as hem labels, brand labels and emblems on hats, hoodies, workwear and bags, and the velcro mounting suits uniform, tactical and sport programmes. Open a construction to configure it, the Mika embossed 3D patch, the rubber embossed 3D patch or the tatami embossed 3D patch, pick mounting, size and quantity, and attach your artwork (vector AI, PDF or SVG preferred, 300 DPI raster accepted).
