Sublimation is now done in our own workshop: the artwork is printed on transfer paper and pressed into the mug's coating, so the colours sit under the glaze rather than on top of it. Because the mug is one standard item, there is no minimum order and no tooling: a single mug for a prototype costs the first tier, a thousand for a campaign the last.
From 50 pieces the mug can ship retail-ready: a printed box made for the 11 oz mug, or a box cut to your own size with a foam insert whose cutting dies we keep for your reorders, and hot foil stamping on the box in gold, hologram or a metallic colour. A box with the brand on it turns a giveaway into a product.
Need a tumbler, a travel mug or a matte-black body instead? Those are quoted per project: send the item, the quantity and your artwork and we answer within 24 hours. Artwork is vector preferred (AI, PDF or SVG), 300 DPI raster accepted, and our designers can adjust it. Mugs ship from Bandung, Indonesia with tracking.
