One patch family, three constructions, every whole centimetre from 3 to 17 cm. Heat-bond for jerseys, sewn velcro for uniforms, emboss sticker for everything else. Pressed into real relief and finished by hand.

The three constructions

Mika: Transparent laser-hologram face bonded over a deep embossed relief: the hologram shifts with the light, the emboss carries the shape
Rubber: Soft-touch rubber body moulded into full 3D relief, flexible on sleeves and curved panels, washable; holographic finish available
Tatami: Woven tatami-texture ground carrying an embossed 3D motif, the look of a textile emblem with the detail of a mould
Sizes: Every whole centimetre from 3 to 17 cm; above 17 cm quoted per order
Mountings: Jersey heat-bond (adhesive integrated in the patch, activated under the heat press), sewn hook velcro over a glue backing, or emboss sticker on permanent adhesive (3M 468MP available)
Minimum order: 30 pieces for heat-bond and velcro, 50 for the emboss sticker (30 from 12 cm); the mould is made once per design and kept for reorders

Which construction for which job

Mika is the flagship: the transparent hologram face protects the relief and keeps the shimmer brilliant in daily use, which makes it the pick for club crests, limited drops and anything meant to be noticed. Rubber is the working patch: soft, flexible, crisp edges that survive wash cycles, with a holographic option on the embossed face. Tatami gives the fabric hand of a woven emblem with the clean detail of a mould, for jerseys and uniforms that want a textile look.

Every design runs in all three constructions and in every size from 3 to 17 cm, so a team can order a 7 cm heat-bond for the jersey, a 9 cm velcro for the training bag and a 5 cm sticker for the bottle from one artwork. The mould is machined once per design and kept, so reorders cost the patch only. The heat-bond adhesive is integrated in the patch fabric and activates under the heat press; velcro is sewn on over a glue backing for double fixation.

Sports clubs and martial-arts schools order jersey patches, brands use the same pieces as hem labels, hat emblems and bag badges, and the velcro mounting suits uniform, tactical and event programmes. Send vector artwork (AI, PDF or SVG; 300 DPI raster accepted): every file is checked before production and the first pieces of a run are documented for your approval.

Questions about custom patches

Which mounting for a sublimated jersey?

The jersey heat-bond: its adhesive is integrated in the patch fabric and activates under the heat press, so the patch bonds flat on the polyester without stitching.

How many pieces do I need to order?

30 pieces per design for heat-bond and velcro, 50 for the emboss sticker, and 30 for stickers from 12 cm. Larger runs step down the ladder.

Can the same design be made in all three?

Yes. Every design in the range runs in Mika, rubber and tatami, in every size from 3 to 17 cm. Each construction needs its own mould, kept for your reorders.

What about sizes above 17 cm?

Quoted per order: send the size, construction, mounting and quantity through the quote form and we answer within 24 hours.
