Built for the jar, not adapted to it

A Miron jar is small, dark and curved, and a label designed on a flat sheet rarely sits right on it. Our 5 ml and 200 ml bundles are cut to the jar: the top covers the lid, the band wraps the body, and both carry the same hologram, resin and emboss so the set reads as one piece. The sticker sizes and the band length are fixed to the jar formats, so the artwork you approve is the artwork on the shelf.

The construction is what sets the range apart. The design is printed on a large hologram sheet, coated with resin that is left to cure fully, then each piece is pressed by hand into a three-dimensional relief against a CNC-cut metal die made for your design, and die-cut one by one. Glitter resin is optional; the emboss comes flat, regular or strong, the glue sheet from ultra-thin to large.

Rosin and concentrate brands use the sets on retail jars, and the same tooling makes seals for drops, stickers for mylar bags and labels for the box the jar ships in. Questions about Miron jar labels

Does the band fit the jar exactly?

The 5 ml band is 25 × 110 mm and the 200 ml body label is 200 × 77 mm, sized to the standard Miron formats. If your jar differs, send its dimensions and we cut a custom size on the same ladder.

Is the emboss visible on such a small top?

Yes. Every piece is pressed individually against a die machined to 0.01 mm, so a logo or lettering reads in relief even on the 32 × 32 mm top. Choose the strong emboss for the deepest relief.

Can I mix 5 ml and 200 ml sets in one order?

Yes, as two lines of the same order, each with its own minimum of 30 sets. The same artwork can be used on both; each format has its own die.

How are the sets delivered?

Die-cut and peel-off ready, packed for air shipping with tracking. Shipping is quoted at cost after the order and paid once you approve it.
