Fabrics: Selectable by fibre family, textile type and yarn count, each with its grammage: Cotton Combed 16s at 235–245 g/m², Cotton Combed 30s, Cotton Bamboo 30s at 150–170 g/m², cotton blends and spandex blends
Sizes: XS to XXXL on standard European unisex sizing (chest 86–122 cm), split across sizes on one order
Print: Sablon screen print in nine ink types, DTF Premium and Super Premium (emboss, hologram, glow), Polyflex cut vinyl, sublimation for synthetics; embroidery and a custom inner label as add-ons
Lead time: 5 days for shirts and jerseys at any quantity; hoodies 7–10 days
Jerseys: 46 performance fabrics in five groups, fully sublimated, with 3D patches from our patch range

A manufacturer, not a print shop

A bulk shirt order starts with the fabric, and we show it the way a buyer chooses it: fibre family, textile type and yarn count, each with its grammage, from a heavyweight Cotton Combed 16s to a light Cotton Bamboo 30s, cotton blends and stretch blends. The shirt is cut and sewn to the type you choose, t-shirt, long sleeve, sport shirt, work shirt or jersey, in sizes XS to XXXL split as you need.

Print layers stack as you like on one garment: sablon screen printing in nine ink types, DTF Premium and DTF Super Premium with emboss, hologram or glow effects, Polyflex cut vinyl in hologram, rainbow, glow or reflective finishes, and sublimation for synthetics. Embroidery and a custom inner label finish the piece. Every layer is priced live as you add it, so the quote is the price.

Streetwear labels send an existing piece and have the cut, fabric and colour reproduced; clubs and schools order jerseys and sport shirts with reinforced seams; companies configure work shirts and hoodies in the same tool. Questions about bulk shirts

Can I split 25 pieces across sizes and colours?

Sizes yes, on one order of the same shirt type and fabric. Fabric colour follows the fabric's palette; a second colour is a second line of the order.

Which print for a dark cotton shirt?

Sablon for solid colours, DTF Premium for full-colour artwork, DTF Super Premium or Polyflex for emboss, hologram, glow or reflective effects. Sublimation is for synthetics only.

Can you reproduce a shirt I already have?

Yes. Send the piece or its measurements and we match the cut, the fabric and the colour, then quote the run.

How long does a 100-piece order take?

Shirts and jerseys take 5 days at any quantity; hoodies 7–10 days. Then air shipping with tracking, quoted at cost after the order.
